I will be leading an exclusive 3-day Floral Masterclass hosted by Nicole Kempen of Fiori Quotidiani at the beautiful Flourish Urban Flower Farm in Constantia. This immersive workshop is designed to inspire and elevate your floral artistry, whether you're a seasoned professional or an enthusiastic beginner.
Day 1: Explore the art of wearable florals and fashion-forward headpieces, creating striking statement pieces.
Day 2: Craft unexpected centerpieces and collaborate on a sustainable large-scale installation, culminating in a gala dinner.
Day 3: Enjoy a morning brunch and networking session with leading wedding planners.
Throughout the masterclass, you'll work with seasonal florals and have your designs professionally photographed.
3-Day Flora Retreat
FLORA, a 3-day floral retreat and workshop on Nantucket from October 27-29th. We are hosted by my friends Hafsa Lewis of Hafsa and Co. Fashion-Forward Floral Jewelry Workshop in Honor of Zoe Webster
Join me to learn how to make floral earrings, rings, necklaces, “floral tattoos,” and delicate headpieces using artful and approachable techniques. I will demonstrate several methods to make dynamic wearable floral pieces. Then, you’ll be guided through making your own, leaving class with a wearable masterpiece and knowledge to create these ephemeral works of art.
This in-person, hands-on workshop is in honor of Zoe Webster. It includes all the materials to complete and take home your own wearable floral piece. Completed jewelry may not be brought into West Building.
Art in Bloom floral installations in West Building are ticketed separately. Parking will be crowded; arrive early to allow time for parking and making your way to East Building.

Flowers for All Floral Demonstration
I’m thrilled to be presenting at the North Carolina Museum of Art on March 20, 2025! This seated presentation will explore how to see common blooms in a fresh, artful way—whether you're a home gardener, floral enthusiast, or professional florist. My approach is rooted in the belief that anyone can engage with flowers, no matter their experience level.

Work of Art Bouquet Workshop in Raleigh, NC
This workshop is designed to introduce you to an innovative set of skills that will transform how you approach your bouquet work. I’ve discovered new ways to approach the construction of bouquets and I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to share the armatures I’ve developed with you! These simple but powerful techniques allow designers to create work that is relevant, artful, as well as sturdy and reliable.
You’ll learn how to make shape-shifting, floating, “floral constellation” pieces that are modern, durable, and simple to make. While the armatures are made with wire, the bouquets do not require traditional wiring and taping, and often, depending on the floral materials, no floral glue is needed either!
Not only will you leave with new techniques and concepts, but your work will also be professionally captured, boosting your portfolio.
