SERVICE POLICY

We do not issue refunds on services such as workshop registrations or pre-scheduled calls.

Availability is pre-determined and offered on a first come, first serve basis. When you select your appointment, it is removed from my calendar and no longer available to be filled by others. In person workshops require a great deal of pre-planning and require me to order fresh materials and supplies tailored to your requested topics. Thank you for understanding. 

If you are unable to attend your selected appointment, please let me know as soon as possible by emailing hello@susanmcleary.com and I will make every effort to reschedule you for a mutually agreeable date. Requests to reschedule must be received two months in advance of the original workshop date, or two weeks for pre-scheduled calls.

*If illness or circumstances prevent you from traveling to my studio, I am happy to create an online alternative for you to include pre-recorded course material and live coaching calls. In the event a workshop is canceled due to inclement weather, illness, or other Act of God, you will receive the opportunity to reschedule within a year of the original date.
